A. Screw Cleaning Applications:

Screws operate under high temperatures and pressures, which can accumulate extremely stubborn contaminants:

Carbonized layer: Plastic and rubber materials decompose at high temperatures, forming hard, dense carbonized char that adheres firmly to the screw fins and grooves.

Pigment and Additive Precipitation: Masterbatch or functional additives (such as flame retardants) precipitate and sinter onto the metal surface.

Corrosion Products: Rust caused by corrosive components in the raw materials or improper equipment maintenance.

B. Barrel Cleaning Applications:

Depending on the function of the roller, the contaminants vary:

Embossing barrel: Resin, pigment, fiber, and other residues can clog the fine grooves of the patterns.

Coating barrel: Dried paint and adhesive can accumulate on the surface.

Printing barrel: Ink, varnish residue, and impurities such as paper fluff must be removed.

Heat transfer barrel: Scale and oil can form.
